in-house customs service,
which is authorised and
controlled by the competent
territorial Customs Office.
On
importation, the materials
can be stored at Italpack
in a duty-free space,
and released only at the
moment of the actual
processing, thus avoiding
laid-up stocks and long
waits at the ports.
In accordance
with Art. 50 of Italian law
427/93 MD 20/10/97 no. 419,
Italpack has an on-site
“fiscal” warehouse, which
means significant
facilitations in terms of
VAT and the streamlining of
import-export operations.
